Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary documentation published by 11x666:

• "Platform" means the 11x666 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at 11x666.org.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 11x666 registration process, including KYC verification where required.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's 11x666 Account, funded through approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable bonus balances credited to a Player's Account by 11x666 as part of a promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet or game stake placed by a Player using real-money funds or Bonus Funds on any game or sports market offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 11x666 prior to processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on the 11x666 platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual and not on behalf of a third party or organisation.
• You do not hold any existing 11x666 Account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed by you or applied by 11x666.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

11x666 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account where eligibility criteria are found to have been misrepresented, at any time and without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 11x666 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

11x666 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available free of charge to all registered Players and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

• You must notify 11x666 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 11x666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported.
• All transactions occurring under your Account credentials are your responsibility. 11x666 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to adequately secure your Account.
• 11x666 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data in transit between your device and our servers.

11x666 supports the following Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers and crypto may differ and are displayed at the point of deposit.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your PKR Wallet within 60 seconds of successful confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours during standard banking hours in Pakistan.
• USDT (TRC-20) deposits are credited after 20 network confirmations. PKR conversion is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.
• 11x666 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 11x666 accepts no responsibility.
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider for funds already credited to a 11x666 Account constitute fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.

Withdrawal requests from a Player's 11x666 PKR Wallet are subject to the following conditions. KYC verification must be completed — via submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC — before any withdrawal is processed. This requirement exists to protect Players and to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard AML safeguard.
• Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within same-day to 24 hours of request approval.
• 11x666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
• Only funds derived from real-money deposits and associated winnings from real-money Wagers are withdrawable. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 11x666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms is suspected.

From time to time, 11x666 may offer bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — which must be satisfied before any winnings from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus balances will expire automatically upon the deadline.
• 11x666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by Players who have met the qualifying conditions.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or structuring bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or are subject to deposit limits set below the promotional qualifying amount are not eligible for bonus offers during that period.

All Wagers placed on the 11x666 sportsbook and casino are governed by the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules where applicable and will be displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 11x666 does not accept cancellation requests for placed Wagers except where explicitly permitted under specific sport rules (e.g., early cash-out where available).
• In the event of a technical error resulting in odds being displayed incorrectly, 11x666 reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and return stakes to Players' PKR Wallets.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Abandoned matches follow the specific abandonment rules displayed for each market.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time at 11x666's discretion in response to match events or technical issues.
• Maximum payout limits per Wager and per day apply and are displayed within each market. 11x666 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for any Player at any time.
• All digital casino games — including slots such as Fortune Mouse and Rise of Apollo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are accurate over statistical long-run samples and do not guarantee any individual outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11x666 platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or closed, their balance forfeited where applicable, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in place of a human user.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and non-withdrawable.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the Account lifecycle.

All content on the 11x666 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, game graphics, software, text, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 11x666 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 11x666.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform's software or content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 11x666 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

11x666's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11x666 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or technical fault at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect Platform availability. 11x666 will endeavour to communicate planned outages in advance where reasonably practicable.

11x666 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We provide the following tools to help you manage your activity on the Platform, all accessible directly from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications reminding you how long you have been active in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net win/loss position and session duration during active gameplay.

11x666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, any balance held in the PKR Wallet may be forfeited in full if the termination is a result of fraud, prohibited conduct, or material misrepresentation. Where an Account is closed by 11x666 for reasons unrelated to a Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 working days.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the 11x666 support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any available real-money balance will be disbursed after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which the 11x666 platform operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 11x666's internal dispute resolution process before any external remedy is sought.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue. 11x666 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to the relevant independent adjudication body under 11x666's operating licence framework.

11x666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
